Levi
I've used your amazing plugin briefly and found it to be an excellent, versatile tool that I would like to purchase. However, I am concerned with it's frequent updates, and the way it appears to be a work-in-progress. In six months there have been 3 major releases alone, including the addition of wind animation, an invaluable asset, as well as Max 2012 support. This concerns me, because I do not want to drop 350+ USD on a plugin when a new version could be released in a matter of months with a set of brand new, invaluable features, optimizations, and bug fixes. Do you have any kind of buyer security, to allow purchasers to receive updates free, or at substantially discounted prices? Thank you, Levi
Eduard
Hi Levi, Thanks for your interest! After purchase, you get access to the private area of this website, where you can always download any updates or beta versions. You just have to keep your serial number (as a password to access). In any case, we remember all customers, and are ready to help you in any situation Cheers
Levi
My other concern is the activation process. Supposing I activate Growfx on my primary computer, but in a year or so, format that computer---or for simplicity sake, suppose I buy a new computer altogether and remove Growfx from my old one. Can I still activate Growfx on my new computer, or a reformatted one? How does the licensing and activation process work? It's just that I have a habit of formatting my computers frequently and am worried about not being able to activate Growfx more than once. Thanks again, Levi

Thanks again, Levi Hi Levi, You can deactivate via http://deactivate.exlevel.com/ and activate again any number of times. Don't worry, in extreme cases we can just add for you an additional activation Cheers

Given it's rapid development, I'd hate to have to shell out another 300 by the time version 2.0.0 comes out, but like most plugins, I expect I'll have to "upgrade" at some point. If that's the case, any discount for existing owners?

But if we release version 2.0.0 in during the six months, the upgrade will be free for you. Cheers
