EmberTree Posted May 2, 2024 Report Share Posted May 2, 2024 Hi, I extremely new to Growfx and I'm having some difficulty understanding how to open a max file that has growfx trees. I downloaded a max file to try and get a sense of what the nodes do before building my own however there is an issue. When I open the max file, the growfx bar appears and says building paths. Everything seems to load fine as I can see the tree. But for some reason when I open the node editor there are no nodes and I cant figure out where im supposed to edit the tree. Am I missing something? I cant seem to find anything on how to open and use max files that contain trees. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
schellicon Posted May 3, 2024 Report Share Posted May 3, 2024 Hi Embertree, Did you try: open the node editor, go to "View" ->press "zoom extends" and you should see your nodes (i think they moved out of the screen so somewhere, so you can bring it back) hope this helps Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
