tricera
Is there any way to get serrated leaves without using mesh instances or opacity maps? Thanks Mark
Tobitobs
Hi, well you can customize your leave mesh in the "with" you can inset points but opacity maps are easier and less polygons ;-) Cheers
tricera
Thanks. Unfortunately opacity maps just take too long to render. How do I customise the leaves mesh? I only know about using graphs to set the section. Thanks.
Eduard
Hi Mark, I think you can only use the Instanced geometry. Please create your own leaf, and use it with Deform along path option, it will be more realistic... Cheers
tricera
Thanks. I'll do that then. Erm .... maybe add it to the function wishlist??
Eduard
Erm .... maybe add it to the function wishlist?? In the future we want to add another mesh builder like Standard leaves, which will have several common natural leaves. And I think there we'll be able to add different shapes of leaves.
