londonvisuals
Hi there, We have an issue. Every time we try to render GrowFX native objects with distributed rendering render slaves fail to parse the scene. Scene renders fine locally. Objects collapsed to mesh also render fine locally and using Distributed Rendering. This is not related to Fault tolerant heap - we disabled it. Clearly GrowFX object problem. Our renderer is Corona 1.5. Can you look into it please and provide some sort of solution to this issue ? Thanx for any feedback
Eduard
Hi londonvisuals, We turned to the developers of Corona, but has not yet received a reply from them. Once they reply to us, we'll be able to investigate this issue. Thanks!

Eduard
Hi londonvisuals, We tested Corona distributed rendering with GrowFX, and didn't notice any problems. Maybe you didn't install GrowFX on your slaves? Also make sure that you installed the latest version of GrowFX on all of your computers. On slaves you can install the GrowFX rendernode version. Thanks!
dblagic
Hi Eduard... Same problem here... when I want to use distributed render with corona growfx object disappears. Converting to mesh with max pointcache modifier is rendering normal. Paths to cache file is the same on all slaves. Latest growfx render nodes are installed 1.9.9. sp6 and corona 1.7. hotfix 4 Any solution for this problem? Maybe londonvisuals found solution? Thanks! londonvisuals
Hi there, the problem we encountered was that our slave machines parsed the scene endlessly when there were growFx objects present in it. They did not contribute to the rendering at all. Now everything seems to be OK after installing the latest iteration of the plugin.

Hi dblagic, I sent you private messages, did you check it? If the problem still persists, please send me your scene for testing. If possible, remove all unnecessary from it. Thanks!
