Vertex Color crash

Hi,

 

I have never had this issue before, but today every time I open the 'vertex color' dialog in Mesh Builder my scene crashes.I haven't used GrowFX for the past week. Seems like GrowFX has automatically updated as I now have the mini diagrams when selecting mesh types etc. I had to reinstall Max yesterday so not sure if that has anything to do with it?

 

Anyone else having the same problem?

 

I'm using Max 2014, Vray 3

Hi Terri,

 

GrowFX is not automatically updated. What is your GrowFX version?
Try our latest version 1.9.9 SP3, earlier there was a problem with the VertexColor dialog, and we've fixed it but I don't remember when.

Hi Eduard,

 

I'm still on SP2. I tried to look and see where I can download SP3 on the site but can't find it - haven't received any notification of an upgrade. I have changed emails so maybe that's why - think my registration email was on my old one.

I am on the 1.9.9 SP4 / Max 2016

Hi dec13els,

 

When did you download this version? We've fixed some bug in the Instanced Geometry on May 17, 2017. Please try the new update...

Hi Terri,

 

In fact, we've updated this version without any notifications, and soon we're planning to upgrade to SP5 version.

So don't worry, you'll receive a newsletter about it.
