Workflow Questions

Hi All,

 

A new user here saying Hi and really happy to see how awesome GrowFX is now I have a bit of a play with it.

 

I did run into a few issues with trying to maximise time spent tweaking/changing things.

 

Here are a couple of things I noticed staight away, that seem to really slow down the process.

 

- Creating NEW curve points

Is it possible to Copy & paste the max Curve values/points???

 

-Creating a meta mesh

Is it possible to copy & paste the cylinder mesh parameters to the meta mesh [such as diameter, affects values]

 

I guess being able to copy & paste as many things as possible would help to increase workflow when testing/tweaking.

Ok, we'll add it soon. We already long wanted to add this feature.

Is it possible to copy & paste the cylinder mesh parameters to the meta mesh [such as diameter, affects values]

You can just convert your "Cylinder mesh" to the "Meta mesh".

Just right click on your item "Cylinder mesh", and click "Convert to Meta mesh builder".

 

I guess being able to copy & paste as many things as possible would help to increase workflow when testing/tweaking.

I am looking forward to doing some cool stuff with GrowFX. It seems possible to almost anything with it!!

Especially love the meta-mesh....congratulations on implimenting that one as it just adds soo much more realism.
