How to add point cache(wsm) modifiers

hello everyone~ I would like to ask a very ignorant question! :) how to add point cache(wsm) modifiers?Good dynamic tree generation point cache can put the tree into editable mesh do?  Thanks a lot....

how to add point cache(wsm) modifiers?

To do this, first turn on the Convert to mesh option in the Preference parameters rollout! Then apply the Point Cache modifier, click the New button and save (.pc2) file. Then click the Record button, it will record the entire animation to a file.
After saving the file, remove the Point Cache modifier, convert your tree to the Editable mesh (of course, save a copy of your tree to not lose), and apply the Point Cache modifier again. Click the Load button and choose your saved file.

To work correctly the Point Cache, apply all Wind modifiers (or other generating animation) only into the After Mesh Modifiers!

No, you first generate the Point Cache animation files, then you can convert your tree to the Editable mesh!

I live in Shenzhen, China, was very excited to see such a great product. Because of the language, and many factors, the Chinese company with GrowFX the CG is still relatively small. This forum is really great, I think after I have any questions I can find the answer here. Thank you very much ~ :)

Administrator here, I'm ready to a growth of animation, and then I add Point Cache modifier and recorded, but why a canhe info:The current file contains no deformations,perhaps because it was recorded with no modifiers active.Do you have Skype account? I buy GrowFX just activated, there are a lot of questions to able to be solved in real time.

The Point Cache modifier will not works with growth animation, because such animation changes topology of the object (ie changes number of vertices and faces). It will works only with the wind animation!
Try using the VRay proxy, it works fine with animation growth...

Why after I have the growth of animation into Vray proxy and model is wrong? :DI am here: http://exlevel.com/PlantsLibrary/ download models,Why can't add point cache modifier?

Why after I have the growth of animation into Vray proxy and model is wrong? :D

To correctly rendering a VRay proxies, you need to use the VRay renderer :)

 

I sent you a corrected models...
