My computer suddenly broke down and I forgot to deactivate it. Please help to deactivate the previous activation and reactivate the new computer ,Due to the damage of my operating system, I cannot get the deactivation code. I used my GrowFx registered email address (457441838@qq.com) to send  emails to support@exlevel.com, but one day passed and I did not receive any response. Can someone help me solve this problem?
