Guest stevesideas
I recently purchased growfx and really enjoying the ease of use. The only problem I have at the moment is that when I convert the tree to a mesh, the mesh doesnt have proper quads to make up the model. It seems to miss out a lot of edges. Is this a "feature" of growfx or is there a way around this ?
Guest stevesideas
In fact. The only way I can get get the trunk or other parts to convert to proper quads is to convert the mesh to a patch and then to a poly and then to quadify the selection (using the graphite modelling tools). Eduard
Hello Steve, Thanks for your purchase! Yes, before it was a feature of GrowFX, to speed up the display in the viewport. But now in version 1.5.0, we added a special option in preference rollout called "Show intermediate edges", which allows you to show the missing edges. Please download the update (GrowFX 1.5.0 Beta) and try use this option. Cheers
